La piste de la soif, crossing erg Awbari

From Ghadames we head south on the "piste de la soif", not too far from the Algerian border. After many hours of hamada, we head south east and cross the erg Oubari to reach the tarmac road just north of Ghat.








Petrified wood...


Before reaching the erg we deflate tires. At one point I had 0.8 kg/cm2 at the front and 1.1 kg/cm2 at the rear of the car.
